Kept, just for you

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Plain-language summary: your morning answers never leave your phone. The Morning Three app has no accounts, no cloud storage, no advertising, and no analytics. We cannot read your journal. We built it that way on purpose.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how HonestMoney LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Morning Three iOS application (the "App") and the website at morningthree.com (the "Site"). By using the App or the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. The App: no collection of personal information

Morning Three is an alarm clock that asks you three questions each morning. All content you create in the App, including your answers, journal entries, streaks, and alarm settings, is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, receive, or store any of it.

Because your journal exists only on your device, deleting the App deletes your data. If you want your journal to survive a lost or replaced phone, use a standard device backup such as iCloud Backup. Device backups are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's terms, not ours.

If a future version of the App offers features that move data off your device (for example, optional iCloud sync of your journal), those features will be opt-in, and we will update this Policy before releasing them.

3. The Site

The Site is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

4. Children's privacy

The App and Site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

5. Changes to this Policy

If we change this Policy, we will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes will be stated plainly at the top of the page.
